BigData Solutions and Platforms, Analytics, CRM.
Street Smart Retail Project: Design and develop a BigData platform/collector for a smart retail/shop with the integration of different systems. My work is focused mainly on the study of innovative solutions to design and develop our BigData collector. The other main activity is the study of techniques that can be used to visualize and analyze the collected data and then to generate useful analytics reports.
Research from 2013-2016:
I have worked in the area of Argumentation Theory, Human-Computer Interaction, and Collective Intelligence for supporting and managing the activities of representation, visualization and processing of knowledge that emerge in a debate among specialists, such as Clinical Decision Support Systems for medical discussions.
Past Research:
2011-2012: Home Automation (Smart Home): The research work concerned in the study of home automation and smart home systems, such as En-Decoder System (EDS) and different techniques like SIGAR library (System Information Gatherer And Reporter) to represent the informations (CPU, time, memory and network usage) gathered from the monitor in Home Automation.
