Thesis title: Supporting clinical discussions through user-oriented documentation and logical analysis: an argumentation-based approach.

My Ph.D. work is focused mainly on the study of techniques based on argumentation theory and human-computer interaction to support activities of representation, visualization and processing of knowledge that emerges in multidisciplinary clinical discussions. I developed an interactive computer-based tool to manage clinical discussions effectively and efficiently, and to discover whether the knowledge of the clinical discussions is affected by any weak points, such as contradicting conclusions, invalid reasoning steps, hidden assumptions, or missing evidences.

Home Automation Profiler 
Master Thesis, University of Rome "La Sapienza"  

The project aimed to implement a system-monitoring program, which uses different techniques to represent the information (CPU, time, memory and network usage) gathered from the monitor in Home Automation. 

Technologies: Java, Netbeans and Netbeans Profiler, GUI and java Swing, JFreeChart, SIGAR library-System Information Gatherer And Reporter, EDS system (En-Decoder System) by World databus Ltd and RXTX Library for serial ports.


Web Update Notifier                                                                                                     Bachelor Thesis, University of Rome "La Sapienza"

System for monitoring and automatic notification of changes made on HTML pages belonging to web sites of interest. 

Technologies: Java, Netbeans, HTML, JSP/Servlet, Web Application (Apache, JBoss, and GlassFish) and DataBase SQL.
